OMS began as an HVAC service contractor in 1975. Even through our rapid growth in the succeeding 35 years, we have never lost sight of our strong commitment to service. Today, we service what we sell and install, as well as other installations, with the same degree of professionalism.
Maintenance Programs
We offer complete programs for 100% coverage of all mechanical equipment on your premises, as well as preventative maintenance programs.
Our limited coverage option includes seasonal start up, shut down, tower draining and winterizing.

Emergency service is available 24-7.
Since many of our sales people started out in the service area, they are adept at providing practical, cost effective solutions to HVAC, process piping, heat recovery and process cooling systems.
