This 2600-student university has recognized OMS excellence by awarding the contracts for three residence halls to us. Dorothy Day Hall is the most recent, part of a South Campus expansion with which we have been closely involved. This four-story (plus basement) dorm houses 130 students. The building is conditioned by fan coils fed for the campus central heating/cooling plant. Make-up air and exhaust systems complete the HVAC system. The Johnson Control DDC control system, integrates all aspects of the mechanical systems, making this state of the art dormitory an extremely comfortable place to live and learn.
